3. Recruiting Process

Step 1 – Candidate Selection.

Step 2 – Interview and tour. Attend tours with candidate to ensure candidate knows where to park, what door to go in, where to go, supervisor introduction, etc….

Step 3 – Pre-Employment Clinic Visits. Coordinates pre employment clinic visit and attends clinic visit with candidate to ensure everything goes as planned.

Step 4 – Onboarding. Assists with translation/interpretation (if needed) of safety or orientation materials for up to one hour. If more than one hour is needed it can be billed at $75 per hour.

Step 5 – Follow up. Contacts candidate after their first day to confirm the job is a good fit.

Step 6 – Conversion. Assists candidate with onboarding to customer payroll.
